Argued: January 26, 2000 Appeal from a default judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (John F. Keenan, Judge). By a summary order filed today, we reject most of Seguros La Republica's claims on appeal. In this opinion, we address only the argument that the security requirement of New York Insurance Law § 1213 violates the defendant's right to due process, and we affirm the District Court's order deciding that there was no due process violation. Affirmed.
