Description

Order Before: MERRITT and JONES, Circuit Judges; WISEMAN, District Judge* This is a patent infringement case. Plaintiff, Britax, Ltd., of London is the assignee of patent No. 3,237,729, granted to Ronald A. Proctor on March 1, 1966.
